Who we are

MD MURSALIM (Trade Name: MUFAD) operates Earn MUFAD, a platform through which registered agents refer customers to financial-product campaigns of partner companies (for example account opening, cards or loans).

Customers who fill a campaign form

We collect your name and mobile number, the campaign you applied for, the time of submission and limited technical data (a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser type).

Purpose: to record your request, to send you to the partner company's page, to confirm with the partner whether your application was completed, and to pay the agent who referred you.

We share your request reference with the partner company. We do not put your mobile number in the link to the partner unless that partner's own process requires it.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Agents

We collect registration details (name, email, mobile), KYC details and documents, payout (UPI) details, and activity on the platform (links, leads, earnings, withdrawals).

KYC documents (Aadhaar front and back, PAN card and a selfie) are read on your own device to fill in your details, then stored encrypted with restricted access. We keep only the last 4 digits of your Aadhaar number and mask the rest on the stored image where it can be detected; PAN is stored encrypted and shown masked. We use these documents only, with your consent, to verify your identity, prevent fraud and meet tax and legal obligations, and you may ask us to delete them once they are no longer legally required.

Legal basis, retention and security

We process data with your consent (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) and where needed to meet legal obligations.

Lead records are kept for up to 3 years after the campaign ends; financial and payout records for 8 years as required for tax and accounting. Data is then deleted or anonymised.

Access is limited to authorised staff and every access to sensitive documents is logged.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to help@mufad.in. Withdrawal does not affect processing already done.
